BHAGAVAD GITA is the eternal holy book of the hindus and the gift of God to humanity in the form of knowledge to guide the humanity for a life of freedom , joy and total awareness . Bhagavad gita is the essence of Vedas and Upanishats . when humanity is passing through conflicts of and clash of faiths and beliefs , bhagavad gita guides us on the path of freedom , knowledge and bliss . All the humanity are the sparks and creation of God and whatever they believe in or not does not make any difference as far as the truth is concerned . Bhagavad gita teaches us that we are changeless , deathless fearless spirit , and we our bodys forms and functions represent the hidden content of our fears , desires , beliefs , and three qualities of nature sattva , rajasic and thamas that we are made of . Whatever is created , whatever has manifested and whatever that is born is bound to die and disappear is the nature of this world . There is nothing for us here to grieve for . Our life is a journey of realization that it consists of from death to immortality - from darkness to light - and from untruth to truth .
