The Scanshell 800R is designed to make ID card scanning quick and easy. This compact scanner offers USB connectivity and serves as the perfect solution for scanning ID cards, driver's licenses, business cards, and blank checks. With the help of twain-compliant software (idScan comes bundled with this scanner), the Scanshell 800R allows you to import and save images and text data from any scanned ID card or check. Optical character recognition (OCR) enables you to extract text data from both the front and back of cards. The Scanshell 800R works fast and is extremely user-friendly. Simply feed the card into the tray and watch the scanner go to work. FEATURES: With automatic card feed detection and other convenient features, it only takes a few seconds to scan each card.
